Guests are required to sign a contract for the rental prior to the booking being confirmed.

Payment terms:

50% of the rental is payable in advance, the balance being payable 30 days before arrival, in the same currency as at the time of booking. Where a booking is made when occupancy is within the same month, the full amount will be payable in advance.

Payment can be made to us via direct bank transfer (to UK, Germany or South African accounts, in Sterling, Euros or Rand).

If you wish to pay by credit card please just ask and we can quote through an online booking site - there will be an additional charge of 15% to cover their commission and 3% for their credit card fee.

A keys/ damages deposit in cash of R3,000 for the house or R1,000 for the apartment, (or R4,000 where house and apartment are booked together) will be retained by our agent on arrival, refundable on departure, less any charges.

Bookings are subject to a minimum of 2 nights stay, or 3 over peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Please enquire about possible discounted rates for stays of 7 nights or more. If you require a longer term rental please do contact us to discuss.

For parties with a baby - a cot with bedding is available to hire for ZAR 128 / £10 per night (1 weeks' notice required).

Rates

Prices shown are per night for the property, based on a rate of 1 ZAR to 0.0776 GBP (£) / ZAR 12.873 to £1 as at 4 July 2009, rounded up. We accept payment in Sterling, Euros or Rand. Rates are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

Please contact us early for bookings during FIFA World Cup 2010 in June 2010 as demand for accommodation is very high.
